Ross is a consultant, college lecturer and seminar leader/facilitator
in marketing and sales management. He has 30 plus years of experience
in national and international marketing. As a former
Director-Marketing with a large multinational he served the marketing
and human resource development needs of public and private sector
organizations in the Caribbean and Latin America.
Ross' mission is: 'To enhance private and public sector marketing and
human resource development practices that result in clients achieving
increased success rates in their own customer acquisition,
satisfaction and retention'. This is achieved through consultation,
