Peter R. Fillmore, Managing Director

Peter specializes in corporate strategies, marketing, and sales management consulting for innovation companies. His typical assignments involve strategy assistance to define target audience profiles, key marketing messages, product positioning, partnering, and sales process design to build a first-class revenue-generation organization.

He has over 20 years of high-tech marketing, and technical, and management experience. His ability to work with high-tech management teams is supported by excellent presentation skills,experience in direct selling to large corporations, an electrical engineering degree, and an enduring sense of humour.



Mary Miller

Mary's strong communication, leadership, and technical skills lend themselves to undertaking project management, website development, and marketing and sales program delivery. Over the past seven years Mary has made a major contribution to the growth of Westpark. She has been involved in the development and delivery of marketing and sales programs for a variety of high-tech clients.

Mary's varied experience spans software development, accounting, and office management in the oil & gas, public health, and retail industries.


Shaun Markey

Shaun is a communications/media relations specialist. Shaun works with emerging technology companies who wish to raise their  public profile in order to attract venture capital, skilled workers or both.

Shaun's clients include the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation, SiberCore
Technologies,High Road Communications, Kaplan Career Services, Calian, the Canadian International Development Agency, Ottawa EconomicDevelopment Corporation and others.

Shaun is also a practicing journalist and his work has appeared regularly in the Globe
and Mail, Ottawa Citizen, Ottawa Business Journal and Canada's High Tech Career
Journal.

Ross A. Cowan

Ross is a consultant, college lecturer and seminar leader/facilitator in marketing and sales management. He has 30 plus years of experience in national and international marketing. As a former Director-Marketing with a large multinational he served the marketing and human resource development needs of public and private sector organizations in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Ross' mission is: 'To enhance private and public sector marketing and human resource development practices that result in clients achieving increased success rates in their own customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention'. This is achieved through consultation, document development and the design and delivery of targeted training programs.
